1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services provided by The Expression Lab (“I”, “me”, “my”).
By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. 1:1 Sessions (Coaching & Creative Expression)
Cancellations by the Client

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for:

A full refund or

Rescheduling to a later date (subject to availability)

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Me
If I need to cancel a session for any reason:

You will be offered a full refund or
-
The option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time
3. Workshops, Webinars & Group Sessions
Individual Participants

Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Organisational / Corporate Bookings

Refund and cancellation terms for organisations, schools, or corporate clients will be agreed in writing prior to booking.

Where no separate agreement exists, payments are generally non-refundable once preparation or delivery has commenced.

4. Digital Content & Materials
Where digital resources, recordings, or written materials are provided:

These are non-refundable once accessed or delivered, unless required by law.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at my discretion in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergencies). Supporting information may be requested.

6. Unsuitability of Services
If it becomes clear that my services are not suitable for your needs:

I may discontinue services

Any unused prepaid sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
This decision is made in line with ethical and professional boundaries.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
